On July 16, 1969, the Apollo 11 was launched. The astronauts on board of the spacecraft were Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins
On July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong become the first man on moon. He was followed by Aldrin 40 minutes later. To walk on the moon’s surface, the astronauts needed to wear spacesuits with a portable life support system. This controlled the oxygen, temperature and pressure inside the spacesuit.
Armstrong and Aldrin spent a total of two and half hours on the moon’s surface. They performed a variety of experiments and collected soil and rock samples to return to Earth. An American flag was left on the moon’s surface as a reminder of the achievement
The crew of Apollo 11 returned to Earth on July 24, 1969. They successfully completed their historic mission. It is regarded as one of the greatest human efforts in the history of mankind.

Wow, it snowed this evening!
How did this happen?
Since it is spring, I don't know how it could have snowed!
Normally it wouldn't snow, but today instead of spring raing we had spring snow!
Because of the snow, people were in a hurry to go home after work.

I don't know why, but I can't seem to browse the internet on my desktop computer.
So instead I am using a laptop that I haven't used in a long time and I cannot record audio now.
It seems my desktop has a virus.
What will I do?!

• Usually, most of the normal kids are very naughty.
• Especially elementary kids are very energetic so they need to (release/throw) all that energy.
( Especially primary school kids are filled with energy, so they must radiate.)
• If they don't expel that excess energy, then they will struggle with themselves.

This morning as I always do, I was listening to my favorite music by Daniel Powter and Ayaka Hirahara while I was taking a bath.

I enjoy the time I spend immersing myself in my own world while soaking in some hot water. It's one of my life's little luxuries.

There, I think of various things. My visions of my future have been expanding in the last few months. Lots of things are racing through my mind. Sometimes, I feel I am greedy enough to get all that I want. However, thinking good thoughts and imagining my ideal future in a hot bath make me smile.

In my daydreams, one day I'm in a foreign country enjoying a view of the ocean, another day I look like a woman from another country speaking English. Those daydreams come to me most often.

How nice it is that my good thoughts have a strong effect on my feelings, and I can see the reflection of my smiling face in the mirror.

I'm thinking about what kind of music I should download for the next time I take a bath, and I wonder what kind of daydreams I will have next.

I have been hearing criticism about the English curriculumin the Japanese education system for a long time. I'm one person who has beef with it.

Today, I put myself in Japanese English teachers' shoes.

One of the criticisms asks why J-English teachers are still asserting their powers even though there are also ALTs at schools. As you know, ALT is a term that was created by the Japanese Ministry Education of the JET program.

I was wondering why the name still had "assistant" attached to it, and why the Japanese board of education wouldn't allow them to lead the classes. They are native speakers, and it would be ideal if they taught the kids. But today, I'm beginning to understand the reason they don't think it is ideal.

I'm not a qualified teacher, but I tutor several students at my home. One of the students has gotten two native speaker teachers recently while still coming to my house once a week. She can chat with one of them almost every day on Skype if she tries.

I ask myself what my position is. I'm lost. I make English mistakes, my pronunciation is not good, and my grammar is worse. Sigh..If I were an English teacher working at school, and the native speakers had the right to lead their classes, what could I do?

Although it is not the same case as mine though, I am starting to get why theJapanese government still authorizes Japanese teachers to lead their English classes. Otherwise, they would lose their jobs.
