Another great dish is boxty. It’s a potato pancake, and it’s often filled with meat or vegetables. It’s surprisingly filling and really, really tasty. You’ll be happily full after that!
For something extra, try colcannon. It’s mashed potatoes mixed with cabbage and green onions. It’s totally traditional and seriously good.
And now—dessert! You must absolutely try the sticky toffee pudding. It’s super sweet, wonderfully soft, and covered in warm toffee sauce. It’s honestly one of the best things you’ll ever eat.

As another year comes to an end , a new beginning awaits and with it ,the promises of new opportunities and possibilities. So, once again , I've decided to make new year's resolutions to improve myself.
My number 1 resolution for 2026 is to spend less time on my phone , on social networks like Tik Tok or X and share more time with my friends and family.
My second resolution is to exercise and get fit 'cause I like eating junk food from time to time but if I don't want to gain too much weight , I must run or go to the gym at least twice a week.
My third resolution is to stop procrastinating , I must be more organized and do the things I have to do immediately instead of putting them off.
Last but not least , I will try to enjoy life , I'll be more grateful for every little things in my life. I hope I can achieve all of them because the problem with resolutions is that you stick to them for a short period of time , they are so difficult to keep that your bad habits take control of yourself again !

It is enormous: it has 5 floors and 775 rooms. There is a cinema and a swimming-pool.
There are always guards in front of the palace. The King's Guards are there to protect the king.

His feet made it down, but his belly
was one size too large for the flue.

His reindeers are up on our rooftop.
His sleigh is still loaded with toys.
And Santa, that kindly old fellow,
is making a whole lot of noise !
