All the people in that castle town by the sea must have been in mortal fear, hearing the rumbling of those cannons. But I, not knowing what it was and half mad with concern for my sister, believed I was hearing the drums of the netherworld and sat there in the meadow for a long time, crying, afraid even to look up. Not till evening began to fall did I finally stand and walk, in a deathlike trance, back to the temple.
My sister called to me when I got home. She was by now terribly thin and weak, and she seemed to be becoming vaguely aware that she didn’t have long to live. She no longer asked me to cater to her whims, to mother and spoil her, and that was only making it all the more painful for me.
“When did this letter come?” she said.
The question gave me such a start, so pierced my soul, which I felt the blood drain from my face.
“When did it come?” she asked again, all innocence.
I pulled myself together and said, “Just a while ago. While you were sleeping. You were smiling in your sleep, I put it there by your pillow. You didn’t notice, did you?”
“No, I didn’t.” Darkness was falling and her smile was pale and beautiful in the dim light of the room. “I read the letter, though. It’s odd. I don’t know this person.”
Oh, you don’t don’t you? I thought.
I knew who the sender was – a man named “M.T.” Oh, I knew who he was, all right. No, I’d never met him, but five or six days before this I’d been arranging the things in my sister’s wardrobe when I came across a bundle of letters tied with a green ribbon and hidden in the bottom of one of the drawers. It wasn’t the right thing to do, I suppose, but I untied the ribbon and looked at the letters. There were about thirty of them, and they were all from Mr. M.T. Mind you, his name wasn’t written on the envelopes, but the letters were signed by him.
On the envelopes were the names of various girls, all of whom were actual friends of my sister’s. Father and I never dreamed that she was carrying on sure voluminous correspondence with a man.

Hi everyne! It`s a dark night。
This time, I will talk about my new students. first, pleaselook at my pictures。 Those women in the picture are my new students.。Haha~one of them is my son`s friend`s mom,and the other two women are her friends.
Is it too confusing?No!It`s very sipme, they are just my firends。
Ah~ who is he?He is my firend who came from Taiwan, and returned to his country not long ago.
He really likes korea, so if he has an opprotunity soon, he would like to come to Korea to take rest for a little while then go back .

모두 안녕하세요? 창밖이 어두운 밤이예요.
오늘은 저의 새 학생들에 대해서 이야기 할게요.
먼저 사진을 보세요.
오늘 사진에 있는 세 여인이 바로 저의 새 학생이예요.
하하~~ 그녀들 중 한명이 제 아들의 친구엄마이고, 나머지 두사람은 그녀의 친구입니다.
너무 복잡해요? 사실은 간단해요. 그녀들이 바로 저의 친구들이니까요.

아~~ 남자는 누구냐고요? 음~~ 대만(타이완)에서 온 저의 친구인데 최근에 막 귀국했어요.
그 친구는 한국을 정말 좋아 해서 기회만 있으면 한국에 와서 며칠 머물다가 가곤 한답니다.
그날 그 친구가 우리 수업에 함께 와서 우리들에게 진정한 중국어를 알려 주었답니다.

*국화는 커피숖의 입구에 있던 겁니다. '국화는 가을의 상징입니다..'
*창밖 풍경은 수업할때 제가 찍은 겁니다. 가을밤입니다.

It's Sunday evening now.
It`s not even 7:00 / 7:00pm, but it has lready gotten dark outside (the window).
Yesterday was fall / autumnal equinox, so the days will become shorter.

This Saturday morning, I went out with the kids for a field trip to observing( look at ) seeds.
The weather was so nice, and it felt great (=we felt great) to be outside!/
The kids had a good time under the clear and fresh fall air and sweet and soft fall sunshine. Sure, I did too!(=Me too)

After work, I climbed a mountain with 2 friends.
In fact it`s not climbing, it`s talking walk./
=In fact it wasn't climbing, but walking.//
=Although it`s not climbing, it`s really walking./ ~~~>(Which is more natural?)
The fact that we could have a good walk with good friends is a very precious thing.
After descending a/(the?) mountain, we had (a? ) dinner by/(of) ‘bibim BoriBab.’( mixed boiled barley).
Sure it was so good eating, very delicious !

이번 토요일 아침에 아이들과 함께 야외로 씨앗 관찰을 하러 나갔습니다.
날씨가 너무 좋아서, 밖에 나가니 기분이 참 좋았습니다.
아이들은 깨끗하고 상쾌한 가을 공기와 따스하고 부드러운 가을 햇살 아래 무척 즐거워했습니다. 물론 저도 그렇고요!
퇴근 후 두 친구와 함께 자그마한 산에 올랐습니다.
사실 이는 등산이라기 보다는 가벼운 산책에 가까웠지요.
좋은 친구와 기분 좋은 산책을 할 수 있다는 것은 무척 소중한 일입니다.
산에서 내려와 보리 비빔밥을 먹었습니다.
물론 보리 비빔밥은 무척 맛있었습니다.

这个星期六为了观察种子我带着五年级的孩子们出去. （五年级的活动）
因为天气真的不错，走去教室在外边学习的心情特别舒畅 。
孩子们都在干静而新鲜的空气中，甜蜜而暖洋洋的阳光下感觉特别高兴。当然我也是！

下班后我跟两个朋友一起去登了小山。
说实话／其实，这不算是登山，而算是散步。
可以和好朋友一起享受散步，这样的小事，对我来说很宝贵，是很值得感谢的。
下山后我们吃了大麦拌饭 。当然很好吃了。

Newton attended two different small schools for his elementary education. Both schools were about a mile from his house. These schools taught reading, writing, and arithmetic in preparation for grammar school. After Newton attended the small country schools, he was sent at the age of 12 to the King’s School at Grantham.

The book was published internationally on 4 December 2008 Rowling also wrote an 800-word prequel in 2008 as part of a fundraiser organised by the bookseller Waterstones.
