(June 30, 2012) After the Rain
After more than a month of drought, it began/started to rain this morning, finally.
Though it seemed it would have rained the whole day, it (finally) stopped in the evening.
When the rain ended / After the rain, I took Betty and Zzang-ah outside for a walk along AnYang Stream.
I could smell and feel the moisture in the air after raining, and it`s so fresh.
It`s not easy to solve the drought of one more month, but it seems that it has relieved an urgent thirst.

Yesterday I wrote about a Korean news video of a drought.
Today, I found a weather forecast video in Korean.
There has been a drought for the past one month,and a warning was given today about (the coming of) the first heat wave of this year.
However we have a good news that it will rain this weekend.

In the article, in 2009, the Hayashi paper company manufactured toilet paper that had a part of Suzuki `s horror story ‘DROP’ written on it.
(= In the article, the Hayashi paper company manufactured this toilet paper that was printed with a part of Suzuki `s horror story “Drop” in 2009. ) that the product was very popular.

Suzuki is the author of a horror story titled “Ling”.
Hiroyuki, the president of this company,
got a hint from the background of this story
( = got a hint about this story being about public toilets, )
so he met Suzuki and tried to persuade him several times to re-manufacture the product, and finally got his permission.
A part of this horror story was reprinted on every 90cm of the toilet paper and on black colored packing paper, there were ghost faces printed to try to add the feeling

I came / got home this afternoon at about 12:30 P.M. today.
As soon as I got home / got insidel, I laid down on a sofa and read paper with a cup of hot coffee.
I feel a little tired lately / at this time.
To tell the truth, even though I didn` t do any hard work during this morning, I still felt a little tired, I don`t know why. ( To tell the truth I didn` t do/have any hard work this morning, however I feel a little tired, even though I don`t know why. )

By the way, I will write about my yesterday `s entry.
When I came / got home yesterday evening, I got a KakaoTalk message from my son. ( ♣ returned” is ok, but more often used after you went on holiday, or lived in another country for a certain period, and then went back home, for example. )
He said, he would go out cycling soon, and if I want, I could go out with my husband and meet somewhere outside.
He said he would be going out for a bike ride soon.

So….my husband and I went out, and then we met my son at a cafe in BuAm-Dong near by the Bugak Skyway (Bugak Mountain Highway), because he went there for a cycling.

After he finished cycling, we ate a bowl of shaved ice and a glass of beer at one of the cafes in BuAm-Dong.
It was a Taiwanese-style shaved ice.

Just a moment ago,I recorded my lovely Betty and Jjang-ah`s Korean conversations and I uploaded them on my blog.
Today`s pictures are ones that I took a few years ago.
The first picture is one that I took of them when I finished cutting their hair/(grooming their hair) three years ago.
The second picture is one which I took of them when the World Cup football (or 'soccer' in American English) game was held in Seoul.
Seeing old pictures again gives me a good feeling.
I miss those times~~

Oh, yesterday last night I cut both my dogs' hair by myself again.
Cutting two dogs' hair all by myself, it`s really not easy for me.
