Whenever you talk about the need to stay healthy, the first thing everyone suggests you should do is play a sport, with swimming being the most complete one, and thus the most beneficial for your body. I used to swim when I was around fifteen years old, but I eventually stopped because my homework left me no time for it. Now, I haven’t participated in any sport for years, although I used to walk to school and then to university. However, since I graduated in March 2010, even that physical activity has been greatly reduced: I do like walking but I’m rather lazy. Nonetheless, I think I am a healthy person. I don’t smoke or drink and, thanks to my mom’s excellent cooking skills, my diet is very varied: I eat pasta, rice, meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit, and every meal is different from the previous one (if there are no leftovers, of course! Throwing food in the trashcan is something my parents and I cannot stand).

I don't think there are bad qualities or good qualities. I think personal qualities form in a society. They come from a natural desire of human beings. When a child becomes able to communicate he or she begins to transform into a social being as well as a biological being. The society shapes the specific qualities. A quality leads to a value. Then people begin to differentiate based on these values. Kindness, generosity, altruism, loyalty, selfishness, pride, misanthropy and so on are among these values. And where do values come from? As Sigmund Freud said, our values come from unsatisfied desires." I would agree with that hypothesis. And I would add that much satisfaction was needed. One who sees violence in a family when he or she is a child will be more likely to be a murderer. A person who has all his wishes filled as an infant is more likely to be a robber. That is why it is very important to bring children up properly from their first day in life. Parents should not scare their children by different things such as darkness or some kind of imaginary animals. These things definitely damage a child's subconscious mind causing them to grow up as a coward, indecisive person.

Life should be spent being healthy. Being sick is not good. A human being needs good health to stay happy throughout his or her lifetime. Everyone should be aware of his/her health. Good health is an unprecedented gift.
There are many ways to maintain a healthy life. The ecological situation, heredity factors, food supplies, a good diet, regular exercise are the most important things. Usually, so many people don't look after their health. Drinking alcohol, bad work conditions, fast foods can damage health on a vast scale. Not doing enough physical activity could be the main reason for many blood circulation diseases. Intellectual people perceive the value of life and use many things to stay healthy. Diet is a basic principle. Sport and sleep regime could be considered important factors. Not being nervous could be included in the list. I have always been trying to stay healthy by these ways which I mentioned above. I wish every one of you a healthy life.
