The two boys were having an argument, perhaps they would have a fight. Was it because one of them had been punished by the teacher? Was it because they had called each other names? The little black boy didn't know for sure but he was there watching. He was curious to see what was going to happen.

- The fortune teller had put on her colorful dress and her bandana, she had taken the teacup and looked at the tea leaves. She had said something to the lady in the white dress who was smiling.. I wonder what the fortune teller had said.

- The pig had dug under the fence and he had made a lot of damage. It was high time for the farmer to take action and ring the hog. The man was trying to set the ring in the hog's nose but the animal squealed!

- The servant and the boy had left the farm early with their basket and spears, they had pushed the boat to the river. Now, It was time for the black lady to show the young man how to catch eels.

-The two men knew gambling was forbidden but they had decided to have a game anyway. They had met outside the old barn and had entered the place after checking that nobody could see them. They had started playing and now they were enjoying the game.

- When the little boy had come back from school, his mother had asked him to go to the pump to get some water. The little boy didn't mind because he knew he would see his friends at the pump.

It was the end of the day, the musicians had tuned their instruments, the black boy had taken his drum sticks, and the dancers had begun a jig. Now, they were all having a good time dancing and celebrating.

The man and the child had put on their boots, they had walked to the seashore. There, they had enjoyed the beautiful landscape for a few minutes, now it was time to set to work.
