I went to watch a movie called "관상 physiognomy",
late yesterday afternoon. The movie plot is briefly this: It is a story that added fictitious characters and events to a true historic story. A physiognomist who has been living in seclusion, gets caught in a political intrigue by accident, and events develop. The following picture is a movie poster featuring the main characters, and the other picture is another poster that was placed in the front of the box office.

Good morning, this is Jamie from the Health Chronicle, the question today is: "What do you do to stay healthy?".
I think that the first thing to do in order to stay healthy is to eat sensibly. You should add more fruits and vegetables to your diet, and eat less junk food. You should also drink enough water, and eat less fat.
The second thing to do is to exercise often. It doesn't mean that you have to go to the gym everyday and work out for an hour. You can take the stairs, walk, or ride your bicycle to the supermarket or bookstore at least twice a week. That's exercising and having fun too.
And last but not least, think positive. You should not have too many restrictions!
