• Last year, around this time, what did I write about on Lang-8? Suddenly I was curious about that. Oh, I wrote about climbing a mountain with my friends. Recently (in recent times), the weather has been quite strange.
It doesn't feel like spring ，
Maybe winter has been confused　with spring 。
Today's weather was not too bad .Yes, fortunately! why? Because I promised some friends that we would climb a mountain today. During this season, in Korea, Azaleas cover the whole mountain in pink. So many people climb to enjoy the mountain completely buried in pink flowers.Today we left for Mt.혈구산 in 강화도 (Ganghua island; which is near Seoul ).
the Azaleas on the mountain have also confused spring with winter?
they haven't bloomed yet
they must just be waitng for spring / it must be that they are just waiting for spring
so we were disappointed , but we knew it wasn't the Azaleas' fault.
The confused seasons just confused the Azaleas too . But, there's good news for us. We walked through clouds on the mountain. It was a fun and refreshing feeling. It feels like you're walking on a cloud.
so~~~Today my friends and I had a fun/great time, breathed in the fresh mountain air, and took a walk along the mountain path, watched flowers bloom, and shared a wonderful experience with friends, full of laughter.

• Hi , everyone! I am here a t the school classroom now, but I have to go out soon. From now on, I would like to record my entries in both Korean and Chinese if I can. As I am Korean, surely there will be many mistakes of Chinese pronounciation. However, if I keep practicing it will get better, right? Do you think that's true? Ah~ I don`t have time to continue. I will come back again in the evening and record it.

I have been busy these days so I have often eaten food sold in convenience stores.

My diet has been unbalanced for 2 weeks.

So today I finally had a strong headache and felt less energetic.

On my way home from work ,

I went to a supermarket and bought a lot of vegetables and fruits,

so I was able to make Ratatouille for dinner.

Hopefully I feel better tomorrow.

Now we'll prepare a carpaccio of sea bass sauced with onion, raisins and pine nuts.
The bass is filleted, marinated, the sauce is added, and you can decorate it as you like.
We take the bass, put it on the cutting board and with a well-sharpened knife and slowly, following the spine, we will go down
Once we've gotten the fillet from the bass, that has previously been gutted and scaled we continue with the boning, with the help of special tweezers.Now our fillet is ready to be pickled. The pickling is made from salt, sugar, peppercorns, mint, parsley and bay leaf, and some citrus rinds.Then, we will mix our ingredients, and then we will cover our fish fillet.in the needed time to create a light crust on the fish,
that will then be rinsed and dried.
We will proceed to the preparation of our sauce.
We will add a drizzle of oil
and let our pan warm up for about ten seconds.And then, we will add some onions,previously cut into very thin slices,and a pinch of salt,
which will allow the water to come out of the food,and keeps it from being burnt.So, it will cook more uniformly and slowly.Once our onion has softened,we will proceed with adding pine nuts and raisins,we will proceed with the adding of the pine nuts and raisins,and we'll thicken the sauce with the reduction of vinegar and sugar, that is the sweet and sour. When the required time has passed,the fillet has been rinsed and dried.And now we'll proceed to slice it lengthwise trying to cut it into very thin slices, which we'll arrange as we like on a dish. once we've arranged our carpaccio on the dish,we will proceed with glazing with our sauce and we'll go about decorating with segments of citrus fruits. We will dress the fresh skinned citrus fruit segments with a drizzle of oil and they will give a touch of color to our dish. We'll put our little mint leaf and a grind of black pepper.

People will feel a definite emotion.

Smith-good morning,mr.Jones.It is a long time since i saw you in the town.Are you staying long?

Jones-good morning.No,mr.Smith,i only came up on business for a few hours,and hope to get home again this evening.

Smith-running away so soon?Why not stay a few days and enjoy yourself?

Jones-not me.I don't find much enjoyment in the smoky air of a town,and all its noice and racket.Give me the clean air,the sunshine,and the quiet of the country.

Smith-well,i grant you have the advantage of purer air in the country;but as for noice,you soon get used to it.In fact,i could not stand your quiet-it would drive me crazy.I like to feel plenty of life and movement about me.

Jones-really?Why,i could not get a wink of sleep in a noicy town.And towns are so ugley-nothing to see but ugly smoke-grimed houses,dreary streets,hideous advertisements on every hoarding,factory chimneys belching smoke,and a dull,smoky sky.I have the beauty of the green fields and shady woods and flowery meadows of the country.

Smith-ah! My friend,but do not forget what Dr.Johnson said :"when you have seen one green field you have seen alk green fields;come with me down Fleet street and study man".

Jones-well,all i can say is that Dr.Johnson never saw a green field in his life,or he would have known that there is an infinite variety in nature if you have the eye tn see it.

Smith-but what in the world do you do with yourself in yourself in village?It must be a very dull and slow life,with no theatres,no concerts,no cinemas,no public lectures,no exciting political meetings.You must lead a stupid vegetable life, like a cabbage.

Jones-dull or not,it is much healthier.In the pure country,we do not get the epidemics and dirt-produced diseases you have in the towns.And our quiet habits give us longer lives.

Smith-yes,you may live longer in the country.But you don't get so much out of life as we do in town.A short life and a merry one,i say.

Vowels are produced when the air flows out without being obstructed by
any part in the oral cavity.  The shape of the oral cavity changes
when you move your jaw. It also changes when you move your tongue.
Generally, when the mouth is more open, the vowel has a lower tone;
when the mouth is more closed, the vowel has a higher tone. The number
of vowels in English is more than four times larger than that in
Japanese. Therefore, Japanese learners of English need to learn to
produce very many new vowels
