My alarm clock rings at eight on the dot.
When my alarm clock rings, I wake up.
Fifteen minutes later, I get up.
When I get up, I wash my face.
As soon as I get up, I have a shower.
I always get dressed before having breakfast.
I always have breakfast before leaving home.
After having breakfast, I brush my teeth.
I leave my house at nine in the morning.
At 9:15 I catch the bus.
I start working at half past nine.
I have class from 9 am to 2 pm.
At 11 I go out to have a coffee.
At 3 pm I have lunch at a restaurant.
At 7 pm I go back home.
When I go back home I have a nap.
In the afternoon, I do a little sport.
Every afternoon I go for a walk in the park.
At 9.30 pm I have dinner.
After having dinner, I watch television.
I go to bed around 11.30 pm.
Before sleeping, I always read a little.

An interesting news story that I watched on TV
 I have watched many interesting news stories on TV.
 A news story that I saw recently was on Global warming.
 I saw it on Star news Channel.
 It caught my attention because global warming is a burning issue these days. The whole globe is involved in it.
 The way they showed the causes and effects was very eye catching.
 It was an eye-opener for me.
 We humans are the cause and we humans only can lessen it.
 The news article told how the pollution caused by cutting trees, having more industries, growing number of cars and other human luxuries is leading to global warming.
 Then it told me about effects of global warming.
 There are three main effects.
 Firstly there is rising sea level.
 Secondly we are having longer summers and extreme climates.
 That is to say that the summers are hotter and the winters are cooler.
 Finally we are having epidemics of diseases like malaria and dengue.
 This is because mosquitoes and other insects prosper in the heat.
 The news article also told how we can lessen this phenomenon by simple
measures like not cutting down trees, planting more trees, using recycled
materials and saying no to plastic bags.
 I felt very enlightened after seeing this news story.
 I decided to start using recycled things immediately.

Hi~everyone! How is everyone? / How are you all? This time I`m rewriting a jouranl entry in English from my Chinese entry five days ago (from Aug 22th 2011)..Actually, it`s not easy writing English entries due to or my poor English, so every time I began to write an entry in English I used to feel nervous.( /I get nervous?/ I become nervous?/ I used to get nervous? ) Just I`m trying to ignore my feeing of nervousness, and try to(trying to) write once. --(Aug 22th 2011 01:04 )---It's getting pretty(quite) late, it`s already after 1:00am. So this time I`d better talk very briefly, and I`d like to explain in more detail tomorrow,even though it will be done as tomorrow`s conditons. Today, I watched a movie with two of my good friends. It is the first time that I`ve ever seen an Indian movie,(It`s the the first Indian movie which I`ve ever seen ), and it`s title is 'Three idiots'.That movie has many musical scenes, and it`s said that`s a characteristics of India nmovies. The Indian movie industry is called 'Bollywood'(=Bombay＋hollywood ) .Taken as a whole,(=Generally), this movie was good.This is a story of three students who are studying in the famous Indian university of Engineering. These three young men constantly do unexpected things.
They agonize common problems / worries which are with nowdays young men. (=Their problems are just modern young men`s problems.)I`m uploading that movie`s preview now. As the Manager of the Performance sits before the curtain on the boards, and looks into the Fair, a feeling of profound melancholy comes over him in his survey of the bustling place. There is a great quantity of eating and drinking, making love and jilting, laughing and the contrary, smoking, cheating, fighting, dancing, and fiddling: there are bullies pushing about, bucks ogling the women, knaves picking pockets, policemen on the look-out, quacks (other quacks, plague take them!) bawling in front of their booths, and yokels looking up at the tinseled dancers and poor old rouged tumblers, while the light-fingered folk are operating upon their pockets behind. Yes, this is VANITY FAIR: not a moral place certainly; nor a merry one, though very noisy.

Make Believe You Are Going To School. Play with your child and pretend you are going to school. Pick out your child’s cloths, pretend to have class and pretend you are your child’s teacher. Help them set up a classroom in your house. Start a routine of getting up early, having breakfast, getting dressed and getting your child’s bag or backpack ready for school. You might help them pick out their clothes the night before and their jackets. Familiar routines will make it easier.

Share The Experience Of Other Children. Invite a young teenager over to your house to baby sit. Ask them to talk to your child about their positive experiences in school. It helps if it is a baby sitter that already knows your child and has been over before.

Limit Or Control Television. Some kids watch television in the morning when they get up. Avoid or limit television in the morning on school days. Start this before school actually starts. Turn the television off at the end of a show - not in the middle. Children are distracted by television and they are upset if you stop the television in the middle of a show.

Get Them Used To Being With Others. Some children are not used to being away from their parents. It usually helps if you can give children a positive experience being on their own. Take your child to an activity at another house with other children supervised by parents you know and trust. Come back soon and take them when they are still having fun.

Nearly all children will have some reluctance and fear over going to school. They eventually get over it with encouragement and support.. But regardless of how long it takes, don’t get angry or argue with your child if they tell you they are sick, become temperamental, or if they start crying. Stay calm, listen to them and don’t argue or raise your voice. Tell them you love them. Tell them that all children must go to school and then take them to school.

After school has started, children will usually express a desire to not go to school. This is natural part of their growing more independent. Children should be reminded and told in advance that they will go to school each week. When you take them to school, avoid a long goodbye when you drop them off. Your child may become more dramatic and increasingly upset if you give them a longer goodbye each time they get upset. Look to their teacher for guidance and suggestions.

Some children may refuse and physically resist going to school. Most will go and get over it if you have an understanding tone of voice, you are firm and you don’t argue. Call your child’s school and ask to speak with a counselor or your child’s teacher if your child becomes hostile and combative when you attempt to take them to school. Teachers and counselors have a wealth of experience and ideas that can help.

Many children are worried about their first day of school, and for reasons we don’t understand, some children are not fearful or resistant. But it is perfectly normal for children between the age of 5 and 8 to be ask questions and feel afraid. Children communicate their fear in different ways. Fear and resistance over going to school is especially common during kindergarten, when children change teachers or classrooms, and when they are going to a new school. I don’t feel good."

"I’m sick."
"I want my Mommy."
"I don’t want to go to school."
"Why do I have to go?"
"Don’t leave."
Children resist going to school for several reasons.

They are afraid to leave their parents.

They are afraid of the unknown.

They are afraid of what others children will do.

Or, they are strong willed and have oppositional tendencies.

Oppositional kids are naturally resistant to guidance and direction. How can parents respond to the fears of young children? Here are some ideas.

Get Advice And Support. Talk to other parents about their experience, what you can expect and how they handled their kids.

Talk To Your Child. Talk to your child several times about going to school in advance. You should do this even after school starts. Listen and be interested in what they tell you. Stay calm, give them information about what will happen, share your initial fear and your positive experiences when you first went to school. Tell them you understand how they feel, but don’t tell them they shouldn’t feel that way. Sometimes children just need to think out loud and their fear will eventually fade.

Read A Children’s Book. Read a book to your child about going to school. You will learn a lot and help your child feel understood and less afraid. You may even remember you’re your own childhood.

Draw a Story. Even if you are not artistically inclined, you might consider drawing pictures with your child and creating a story that describes what happens at school. The story should include walking them to their first class, hugging goodbye, classroom activities, making friends, school projects, coming to pick them up and telling what they did when they come home.

Get To Know The School. Take your child to visit their school one or two times at least a few days before school officially starts. Most schools have a pre-school day where parents can come to school, met their teacher and be with their child. Bring a snack and have some fun on the playground.

Expect Physical Complaints. Keep in mind that some children will express their fears in familiar and safe words like "my stomach hurts." This is perfectly normal. Look them over and check their temperature even if you don’t believe them. These are important comforting behaviors that can be reassuring to your child. Take them to school if you think they are well.

From nowhere,sirens blare.
An emergency vehicle speeds onto the scene and busts through a barrier.
But this is no ordinary emergency, and this is no ordinary vehicle.
It's RATCHEN, the Autobot medic!
In a flash, Ratchet switches from a recue truck into an awesome Autobot.
Now it's time to save his friends Sideswipe and Bumblbee.
These banged up 'bots have had a nasty run-in with some evil Decepticons. Rachet quickly gets to work, sawing through a metal bar to free Bumblebee.
Next, he scans Sideswipe with his laser scanner to see what's wrong.
"Hold tight,"Rachet tells his fellow 'bot. "I can fix you." And he does. Rachet can fix almost anything or anyone. His motto is, "If you can break it, I can remake it."
Rachet is a smart 'bot with a clever mind. Back on Cyberton, the Autobots' planet, he was a doctor. Rachet loved to tinker with machines and learned everything there was to know about making and fixing their parts.
This old Autobot has seen many battles and lost many friends.
Through the years, and the battles, Rachet has grown tougher and tougher. But his inner spark still shines strong and true.
Rachet is always there for his fellow Autobots.
Just ask his friends Ironhide, Sideswipe, and Bumblebee. Win his strong senses, Rachet can warn the other Autobots when trouble is coming.
"Look out!"
Rachet doesn't like to fight unless it is necessary. But in a battle he's a 'bot you want on your side.
"Ironhide,I've got your back!"
Rachet is a 'bot bound by honor and a sense of duty.
He will fight until the end alongside the Autobots' fearless leader, Optimus Prime. Any time... Any place...
Together with the other Autobots, Rachet defends the Earth and the universe from the evil Decepticons and their leader Megatron.
But no matter how tough things get, Rachet will always come to the recue of a fallen friend.
