My alarm clock rings at eight on the dot.
When my alarm clock rings, I wake up.
Fifteen minutes later, I get up.
When I get up, I wash my face.
As soon as I get up, I have a shower.
I always get dressed before having breakfast.
I always have breakfast before leaving home.
After having breakfast, I brush my teeth.
I leave my house at nine in the morning.
At 9:15 I catch the bus.
I start working at half past nine.
I have class from 9 am to 2 pm.
At 11 I go out to have a coffee.
At 3 pm I have lunch at a restaurant.
At 7 pm I go back home.
When I go back home I have a nap.
In the afternoon, I do a little sport.
Every afternoon I go for a walk in the park.
At 9.30 pm I have dinner.
After having dinner, I watch television.
I go to bed around 11.30 pm.
Before sleeping, I always read a little.

I do not know if you made this text or someone else did, but for "In the afternoon, I do a little sport." an English speaker would never say "I do a little sport" they would either specify the sport they are doing (in example, "I play football", "I play soccer" "I play baseball"), or they would would say "I like to play sports".

Hope this information helps your learning.

I have taken this text from busuu.com, a language learning environement. As you can see, it's a very low level (my English level).
Thank you again for yours suggestions and recordings.

I do believe in the UK they say things such as "I do a little sport," where as in North America, we would much rather say "I'm playing a game [of Football]", for example, or more generally, "I'm playing some sports."
