もうすぐ2019年も終わり、新しい年がやってきます。皆さんの国では、お正月にレストランやスーパーは営業していますか。日本では、多くの飲食店やスーパー、コンビニが元日から営業しています。大みそかや元日も営業している店があると、客の立場からは便利に感じますが、働いている人にとっては大変です。
しかし、この年末年始は、早めに閉店したり休みにしたりする店が多くなるそうです。これは、日本の政府が推進している「働き方改革」の影響です。働き方改革の目的は、労働者の「働きやすさ」を実現することですが、そのためには、私たち一人一人の意識を変えていくことが必要です。
