I got up early this morning.

I was quite sleepy.

7 ̄-jihan ni okita
I got up at 7:30 a.m.

昨晩は11—時頒布に練ったと思います
昨晩は、11時半に寝たと思います。
Sakuban ha, juuichijihan ni neta to omoimasu.
I went to bed last night at about 11:30 I think

浩子が朝ご飯を作ってくれたら
Hiroko ga asa-gohan wo tsukuttekureta.
Hiroko made me breakfast.

浩子があさーごはんを作ってくれました
Hiroko ga asa-gohan wo tsukuttekuremashita.

はじめて納豆を食べた
Hajimete nattou wo tabeta.
I had nattou for the first time.

So I went to the MoiBar café to have a cappuccino.

コーヒーを飲みすぎました．
Ko-hi wo nomisugimashita.
I drank too way too much coffee.

それから、ロッククライミングジムに行った。
Sorekara, rokkukuraimingujimu ni itta.
I then went to the rock climbing gym.

4時間ロッククライミングをして運動をした。
1-Jikan rokkukuraimingu o shite undō o shita.
I climbed and worked out there for about an hour.

家に帰った。もう少し勉強した。
Ie ni kaetta. Mou sukoshi benkyou shita.
Then I returned home and studied a little more.
