These sentences teach me grammar, syntax, and pronunciation.

OK.
But, I think it is not suitable for learning Japanese because it is written in Japanese that is quite broken for such Japanese people.
Japanese is a predicate-based sentence that has no subject, so I think it is difficult for foreigners to use grammatically, so I think it's better to practice with gentle sentences at first. In that sense, the above sentence is a little difficult to explain grammatically.
