Actually, with the help of the original script, I was able to transcribe a big part of this clip except for the last few lines of the guy. Here's what I came up with and they may be all wrong. So if someone would be kind enough to correct them, I'd greatly appreciate it. :) Thanks!
여: 오빠! 나… 정말 아무렇지 않아? 이젠 오빠 때문에 마음 아프지도 않고 오빠 보면 떨리지도 않아. 나 정말 아무렇지 않아. 오빠 좋아한 거, 고백한 것 후회는 안해. 근데 이젠 아니야. 그러니까 제발, 나 죄인취급하지 마.
남: 왜 그런 말을 해? 내가 그래 요즘 좀 예민했어. 알잖아, 혜찬이…
여: 나도 어떻게든 혜찬 언니 돕고 싶어. 어쩜 나 때문에 그렇게 된 걸 수도 있으니까.
남: 그렇게 생각 할거 없어. 도와주는 거 고맙지만 이젠 좀도 니 자신이 생각 하면 좋겠다.
