Action pre-supposes an actor ie the body. So whenever action occurs in the body, that action is performed by the body, and why is this important?. A person takes a drug and they are told the action of the drug is such and such, no it isn't, that is the effect of the drug. Any action comes from the actor, the body, why is that important? because that action is being supported energetically by the body, that energy is coming from the body. So the body is being by that loss in energy, by that utilisation of energy, by that consumption of the patient. So therefore, we have to see in terms of energy being liberated from the organism and performing its processes.
Thank you very much. I had failed to recognise the word "actor"
