This is the ideology that is placed out there to dissuade people from really ever really going on the journey, from ever really stepping onto the spiritual path in life and the path toward truth. Because if you can convince someone that there really is no truth, that its all relative, that its all based on peoples perceptions, no matter how erroneous or no matter how totally straying from natural law principles their perceptions may be. Then you really have them where you want them to begin to manipulate their sense of reality. That's the biggest lie.
