English Script Request

Alright, and welcome the first let's play that I'm going to do.

I'm LoudMan and today we're going to play a game that no one else has ever let's played. This is a first on the internet YouTube blah blah blah blah blah all that.

This is a game I found recently called Yume Nikki - say that however you will. It's basically a game, where you explore your dreams. This is how the game flows, first you start in your room, you get into bed, you dream, and then you press the 9 key to wake up, and while you're dreaming you explore things.

Today we're just going to do a tiny little test on the program and record this, and we're just going to get something that makes exploring the dream world a lot easier - because it's very big.

See, while you're dreaming, you check characters, get new effects, you can either press the enter key or Z, I prefer using Z. Then you can activate effects from menu, the menu is X. Then you can drop things in the door room which you won't do until the end of the game. Which I don't know if I'll get to, because it's really confusing, I'll probably need to walk through, and there's a few things you have to do. And then you save the game at your desk.

Working...right? This is the little girl that you play as. This is her room. Madotsuki, that's her name. Right now I have no effects, except the instructions. That's how you quit, you don't want to hit that.

Alright, let's take a look at the TV, nothings on. And just take a look outside, it's really dark out - meaning I should probably go to bed. Alright, that's my bed, maybe we can save first.

There's something I really like about this game is the music, I don't know what it's - you know what - it's just really ambient. Alright, go to bed. Da, da, dada.

Oh, how did I end up out here? And why's it look like a desert? That's a green broom. Alright, nope, my famicom's gone. Hmm, that's very weird - okay big creepy eyeball on my TV.

And, now everything's messed up. Uhh, let's see which one of these crazy doors will I'll go through. I think it will be this one. Alright, I do need to mention that this game is - is weird, it's very weird. We're in little girl's head here, and when you step on these, they make sounds, I don't know if you can hear it - but, maybe just crank this up a little bit.

See the squeak, squeak, squeak and all that stuff, but right now we're going to find something that makes exploring the dream world a lot easier. Around this chicken brain cell thing here. Actually that floats around the background, don't even use it as a landmark. When you explore these areas, you have to use different things as landmarks and all that, and things can get weird and you don't know where to go. That's what we want right there.

Get! At at at at at...Japanese symbols. Alright, let's go in effects. Bicycle, I get to ride a bicycle, making the exploration of my mind a lot easier.

Oh, look a smiley face, alright. And uh, *fufu*. Probably show you a few more places. This area is really - it's always confused me, I'm not exactly sure how to get out of here. Um...there's a lot of voids, a lot of voids in this area. Just blackness and darkness. Oh! Here's an area, it's an elevator. Looks like I'm in a shopping district.

Hello fellow patron. I think she just flipped me off. Talk to me, talk - don't flip me off, you're a bad mall patron. Alright now let's go look for things. This area is just a big maze, a big mall maze. Malls of the past - oh look another patron. Don't walk away from me, you'll pay one day, all of you.

And you just move around, look. Oh look. Menu color scheme changed! Menu color scheme changed! Menu color scheme changed! Oh it's pretty. Hm, looks like there's only two. I'll just keep this one.

Hello, E, backwards E. Weird, must be a doctor's office. I'm pretty sure if I had two teeth and I was oozing gray stuff out of my mouth, I'd - yeah. These people are obviously sick.

Oh look, it's singing. Hello. Oh look, hey I have a flute now. In order to use things, you press the one button, the 1 key, next to your 2 key - in between your tilde key and one key.

Two key, three key, four.

Do you enjoy my musical prowess? Mister O with a dot in the middle. Obviously not because you're not stopping. Do you like my music people? I'll play this all day honestly.

*sigh*-um, and there's maybe one other thing that I can show you, before my time runs out, this is just a quick test video, I - I don't even know if my voice is recording in there or not. Um, and if it isn't recording, then I've been talking to myself for the past couple minutes. But let's just see if this works. You're not flipping me off again, whatever.

Oh, nowhere to go, upstairs, but never mind. Hm, a forest. A forest beneath a mall. A toad, hello toad. I got a f- I got a frog from you. I'll show you that one later, when I actually need to. Uh-oh, I don't know what's down there, don't ask me. I don't know not - okay, hi. I don't know if that thing's going to touch me. Oh, he did. He took me to a special land and I have no clue where I am. Oh, okay this is obviously some kind of teleportation maze - which I hate. Huh, look, one of the citizens - of my brain.

Ooooh, I hate these things so much. Are ya gonna give me things? Whatever. I like talk to people who give me things - and you don't give me things! Now just teleport like crazy until I find a place to go, or until I almost break the ten minute mark, and I gotta cut this short. Which point I will show you how to wake up and uh, we'll have fun writing in our diary again.

Alright, let's keep on going to the right one. And the bottom one, or maybe not that one, how about the left one? I just love how she's riding a bicycle around her dream world. Oh - okay, we're done with this, I hate teleportation things, alright? You press 9 to pinch your cheek and you wake up. Only if that worked in real life. And my TV is still on, I should shut that off. Be considerate of the electricity bill even though you don't go outside ever! Uh, let's just save the game. I love this music, it's so quiet I could sleep to this.
