Jimmy: Our first guest tonight is an exceptionally talented woman. You know her from far too many films for me to mention. Starting tomorrow you can see her in very tight clothing alongside Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, and The Hulk in one of the most highly anticipated super movies ever, Marvel’s The Avengers. Jimmy: How you doing?
Scarlett: I’m good! Hi! Thank you!
Jimmy: I’m glad you’re here.
Scarlett: Thank you, it’s my first time here. I’m very excited. Very excited.
Jimmy: I know, I’m very excited to have you here. You were a very good sport with Guillermo last week at the premiere of The Avengers.
Scarlett: Oh my god, he just got us all started. We were just sloshed by the end of that.
Jimmy: Especially you. You were the best sport of everyone. In fact, I think we have video of this.
Scarlett: Oh dear. I’m a lush. I’m a lush.
Jimmy: This is from the red carpet where, you know, things are pretty -- things are pretty formal and… typically, but…
Guillermo: This is for superheroes. Juice.
Jimmy: Superhero juice. Also known as tequila.
Guillermo: You feel like you have powers?
Scarlett: Well, after a couple more I might.
Guillermo: Well, I’ll give you another one.
Scarlett: What? Sure, I’ll drink it.

Scarlett: This has been the best interview… what? Sure! Why not? Especially now.
Jimmy: Is that uh…
Scarlett: Actually, at the… at the end of the red carpet, all of us were just, like, super boozy and, like… did you see Gui… did you see him on the…? You took, you took how many shots? I was, like, three, four, we were all trashed.
Jimmy: He’s like a roaming little bartender, he is.
Scarlett: Yeah, yeah.
Jimmy: Did that effect your enjoyment of the film? Well, you have, what, four premieres now, so…
Scarlett: Yes, I’ve had a uh… we’ve had a lot of premieres and we’ve been trashed at every one.
Jimmy: Oh, you have?
Scarlett: Yes.
Jimmy: What countries did you have premieres in?
Scarlett: Uh… we were in Russia, we were in – well, we had our premiere here as you saw – Russia, we were in London, we were in um… Italy, then went on to Germany…
Jimmy: Wow.
Scarlett: Yeah, we’ve been all over the place.
Jimmy: When they see Captain America, do they get bummed out? I mean, like…
Scarlett: Um… the Russians like my character probably more than Captain America.
Jimmy: I see. I gotcha.
Scarlett: I play a Russian, a Russian spy in it. Um… but, you know, everybody has kind of a different take on it. I mean, I-I guess the Russians really like the dark, they like the darkness. I mean, they were crazy for Tom Hiddleston, who plays Loki in the film. They’re just… the fan art was out of control.
Jimmy: Oh really?
Scarlett: It was unbelievable. Yeah. Unbelievable. Actually, Mark Ruffalo had this story about how he got into his car at the end of the pr- of the, you know, the Russian premiere and this woman, like this uh… random woman slid into the car with him. He was like, was like – and of course it’s Mark so has was so, like, cool, he was like “Baby, you got to go. You got to go, Baby. You got to go. You got to go.” And she was like “I can’t! I can’t! I can’t! I-I can’t leave you!” and he was like “Listen, listen sweetheart,” like “I… we… this is never going to happen. This is never going to be.” And she’s like, she’s like, “No, no! You have to give this to him! You just have to!” and he’s like “What?” and she hands it to him and it’s this unbelievable rendering of Tom Hiddleston, like the most realistic – and he’s just like, “Get the hell out of my car!” Wasn’t even like…
Jimmy: He was the middle man.
Scarlett: Oh my god, he -- yeah. He was the middle man to deliver this amazing piece of fan art which I just… I wish I-I wish that Tom had given it to me but…
Jimmy: And then did Mark turn into The Hulk and crush and destroy her? Because of the…
Scarlett: He did after a little Russian standard vodka.
Jimmy: Boy, The Hulk really – Hulk steals that movie though, doesn’t he?
Scarlett: What’s that supposed to mean?
Jimmy: I mean…
