A soap molecule is perfectly suited to mixing oil and water because it shares some qualities of each. The alkaline substance that helped create it gives it a polar “head” at one end. The electric charge at the head makes it “hydrophilic,” or water loving, since the hydrogen atoms in water molecules have slight positive charges. When you turn on the faucet, the head of the soap molecule will readily bond with the nearest water molecule.

“As you may have heard, I am back from a wonderful experience! I’ve been to space!
And I managed to come back! It all started when I was visiting NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. I was first locked inside a flight simulator because of a bug in the computer. Then I found myself flying into space. I had to find how to reverse the flight mode to come back to Earth. Fortunately, it took me some time and many challenges but I managed to come back safely!”

WHO AM I?
I'm female, and I was born on the 17th of April 1974. I'm English, and my middle name is Caroline. My family name before I married was Adams. I have a brother and a sister, so I'm not an only child. Now I am married, with children of my own.
My tastes? I am crazy about singing and acting and dancing. But I'm mad about fashion too. I design clothes and fashion accessories, and I do modelling. Oh, and I'm quite keen on writing. I wrote my auto-biography in 2001, which a lot of people read, and then a fashion guide book in 2006.
My looks? I'm small and slim. I change the colour of my hair quite often. It was brown, then blond, and then brown again. Who knows, maybe I will change it again soon!
My temperament? I am pretty extroverted, not shy at all. And I'm ambitious and tough, but in my business,  you have to be.
So, my career? I didn't become famous because of acting. When I was about 20, I joined four other girls and we formed an all-girls pop group, which became one of the most successful of the 1990's. I can also tell you that I married one of the greatest English footballers ever, that my first name starts with a "V",  and that my stage name starts with a "P". That gives  you an idea of who I am, doesn't it?
