My all time favorite singer is lady gaga. She has a great personality and very musician. She has a unique voice and has good stage manners. There are no words that can describe her performance. I love all the songs she sings.
Especially I love the latest song “born this way”. I’m beautiful in a way is my favorite lyrics. It helps me become cheering up again. Usually I love to listen to pop songs because it’s fresher it’s very useful for studying English.

I have an I-phone that I use every day since I got this. It was my boyfriend’s gift.
It’s pretty easy to store all my favorite songs on it. And it’s so easy to carry around with me. I find the I-tune software so convenient for organizing my music. I can find songs very easily because of this software, and I can make my song list by myself.
This device is really portable. Using this, I can call, listen to music, search on internet download music, play game, take a picture or video and so on.
That is why I can’t go anywhere without my I-phone.

like to listen to music like classical music, new age music, modern music and so on.
Actually, I don’t have any music preference. I listen to all kind of music.
However, recently I especially listen to classical music a lot because I find it relaxing.
It’s very calming and it helps me to relax and clear my mind after a stressful day.
I have music playing while I work and classical music helps me more concentrate on my work and feel comfortable.
However, I listen to lady gaga when I need the energy of modern music. “Born this way” is my favorite song. This helps motivate and encourage me when I’m depressed.
Anyway, I love to listen to music.

I’m majoring in architectural engineering at Seoul national university of science and technology.

When I was a little kid, I read a book about Gaudi who is a world-famous architect. I was a bit shocked and all of sudden I wanted be an architect just like him.
That is why I choose architectural engineering as my major.

When I was a freshman, I learned how to design a building and how to build a construction.

However, the more I study about major, the more I feel the management is important and I’m interested about that. So I’ve learned about BIM(building information modeling), CM(construction management), PM(project management) and so on.

Overly, I’m satisfied with my major and I think I made the right choice because I could learn design and management at the same time.

I’m senior, majoring architectural engineering at Seoul national university of science and technology. I’m currently taking four credit hours this semester with two elective courses.

I’m especially like my “being a leader” class, because I’m learning practical information that I’ can apply to my business that I’ll start after graduating.

I’ve learned how to think, how to listen, how to speak, how to get information from people, how to make a deal, how to gather people and so on.

My professor is excellent and he is very famous in the business field.

So I really love to take this course.

Hello, my name is Ji-hye Kim. The meaning of my name is wisdom and wealth. I heard, that is why my parents chose my name like this. They think name affect people’s life a lot. And I also believe I will be become wiser and wealthier because of my name.

I’m 25 years old and I’m majoring in architectural engineering from Seoul national university of science and technology. I’m senior and I’m actually going to graduate on August. I’ve learned about how to design a building and build a construction. I’m interested in design not just building but everything. So after graduating I’ll start my own design company.

I’ve lived in Seoul, capital of Korea. There are four people in my family; my parents, my younger brother and me.

I’d describe myself as responsible person. Maybe that’s because I’m a first kid and my parents want me to be like this. And I’m also easygoing and positive. I can make friend easily and I always can find good side from everything even though that looks troublesome.
As for my hobby, I love to read a book like autobiography and successful stories. I’m very impressed by these kinds of books.
“When I want something, all the university conspires in helping me to achieve it.” This is my philosophy. So I’m really confident of what I’m doing and so happy. Thank you.

두 가지 방법인데,
첫 번째는 그날의 일기를 쓰는것이고,
그 다음은 작년의 오늘에 쓴 일기를 다시 한 번 읽어 보는 것이다.
그러면 내가 작년에 했던 실수들을 다시 확인하게 되고, 같은 실수의 반복을 피하려고 노력하게 될 것이라고 여긴다.

The largest living chelonian is the leatherback sea turtle (Dermochelys coriacea), which reaches a shell length of 200 centimetres and can reach a weight of over 900 kilograms. Freshwater turtles are generally smaller, but with the largest species, the Asian softshell turtle Pelochelys cantorii, a few individuals have been reported up to 200 centimetres. This dwarfs even the better-known alligator snapping turtle, the largest chelonian in North America, which attains a shell length of up to 80 centimetres and a weight of about 60 kilograms. Giant tortoises of the genera Geochelone, Meiolania, and others were relatively widely distributed around the world into prehistoric times, and are known to have existed in North and South America, Australia, and Africa. They became extinct at the same time as the appearance of man, and it is assumed humans hunted them for food. The only surviving giant tortoises are on the Seychelles and Galápagos Islands, and can grow to over 130 centimetres in length, and weigh about 300 kilograms.
The largest ever chelonian was Archelon ischyros, a Late Cretaceous sea turtle known to have been up to 4.6 metres long.
The smallest turtle is the speckled padloper tortoise of South Africa. It measures no more than 8 centimetres in length and weighs about 140 grams. Two other species of small turtles are the American mud turtles and musk turtles that live in an area that ranges from Canada to South America. The shell length of many species in this group is less than 13 centimetres in length.

Turtles are reptiles of the order Testudines (the crown group of the superorder Chelonia), characterised by a special bony or cartilaginous shell developed from their ribs that acts as a shield. "Turtle" may either refer to the Testudines as a whole, or to particular Testudines which make up a form taxon that is not monophyletic—see also sea turtle, terrapin, tortoise, and the discussion below.
The order Testudines includes both extant (living) and extinct species. The earliest known turtles date from 215 million years ago, making turtles one of the oldest reptile groups and a more ancient group than lizards, snakes and crocodiles. Of the many species alive today, some are highly endangered.
Like other reptiles, turtles are ectotherms—their internal temperature varies according to the ambient environment, commonly called cold-blooded. However, leatherback sea turtles have noticeably higher body temperature than surrounding water because of their high metabolic rate.
Like other amniotes (reptiles, dinosaurs, birds, and mammals), they breathe air and do not lay eggs underwater, although many species live in or around water. The largest turtles are aquatic.
