Chocolate cake recipe

Hello guys! Welcome to my cooking channel. Today, I am cooking the perfect chocolate cake.
The ingredients for this recipe are really easy to find. You must have 200 grams of chocolate, 70 grams of flour, 3 eggs, a teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar.
My secret ingredient is applesauce to replace the butter and the sugar! So add 100 grams of apple sauce on your grocery list.

For the utensils, you must have two bowls, a spatula, a ladle and a frying-pan.

Here are the instructions:
First, mix the flour, the baking powder, the salt and the vanilla sugar.
At the same time, melt the chocolate in a microwave.
When the chocolate is melting, add the eggs and the applesauce to the mix.
Then, add the chocolate.
When the oven is warming up, put the mix in a cake mold.
Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180° Celsius.

Let me introduce myself: My name is Jerome and I’m forty-one years old.

I'm French (so, I speak a little English :-)) and I live in a little town named La Chapelle de Guinchay.
It’s near Lyon, in the east of France.

I am divorced and I have two daughters: Lucile 12 (twelve), and Leonie 9 (nine).

Well, what do I do for a living? About my job: I am the new engineering manager at Vivlio.
A company which develops ebook-readers, like Amazon Kindle.

Before, for 6 years, I worked for Stormshield, as Product Leader in first job and Engineering manager in second job.
For information, Stormshield is a software editor, specialized in offering solutions to help companies to protect them of cyber-attacks.

And before Stormshield, I worked for Genymobile, for 2 years. My job position was Product Leader and my team has been developed a product named Genymotion, an emulator for Android systems.

At Vivlio, in a first time, my job will be to know each colleague, understand the current development process, the new projects and start to hire new team's members.

What else... In my spare time, I have also many interests: I like to drive around on my motorcycle, go to the movie theatre, and to restaurants.

And I study English also :-)
I have been studying English for 3 months to improve my vocabulary and conversations for this new job.
And also, I would like to improve my listening skills so I can watch TV shows and movies in English (the original versions).
