Good eating habits
Once upon a time there was a family, Charlie’s family.
Charlie owned a big farm with nice chickens, very big trees, with mangos and apples. He had plenty of strawberries and carrots too.
However, Charlie’s family didn’t eat healthy food and ended sick. Because of that Charlie’s little kids weren’t able to play or be with their friends or eat candies either.
One day, Charlie was so sad that he called Doctor Paul.
Doctor Paul saw the kids and said that they had everything to eat healthy but they weren’t doing it. They were always eating the same food. To be able to play again, they had to change between vegetables and fruits to have big bones, meat to be stronger and roots and grains to be smart.
Since that day, Charlie’s family started to eat a little bit of everything and became happy and strong again, just like football players and Superman!
