ينبغي على مجالس الإدارات أن تحرص أكثر من ذي قبل على ألا يكافأ المديرون على النجاحات قصيرة المدى ، ويجب ألا تتوقف العلاوة على تقييم عشوائي ليوم واحد كنهاية العام مثلا ، بل يجب أن تحرص أيضا على أن تتم مراعاة التطورات اللاحقة .
