I was bitten by a mosquito and I came up in a bump;

I'm in a league of my own.
I am in a league which has only one member: me.

The expression is "over easy" for the eggs and "to flip over the omelette"

Take a ride on the carousel.

You have to put your T-shirt back on right. It's inside-out.

You are wearing your t-shirt inside out. You should flip it. You should turn it.

Your shirt is inside-out.
You need to turn it inside-out.

Do you use coasters to set your drinks on?
Why won't guests use coasters?

The boy tugged at his mother's dress so she would pick him up

We must be careful because there is water on the floor and it is slippery.

Be careful, slippery floor.

Have a good night and sleep tight!

- Good Night, sleep tight and don't let the bedbugs bite. If they do, call me.

I slept like a log.

Whereupon you tickle the child to simulate bedbugs biting.

This dog doesn't like to be stroked

Can I pet your dog?

"I came up in a bump." isn't the way it's said in English.

It's "I got a bump." or "It's given me a bump." or you could say: "A bump came up."

or "A bump appeared." is the way I would phrase it.

A few other things:

"I'm in a league of my own" would be considered egotistical. It's primarily used as a compliment ("He's in a league of his own" = there's no one comparable to him).

Regarding a shirt being inside out, I've often heard "Turn your shirt right side-out" (right = correct). "You should flip it over."

I have rarely heard "stroked" to mean "pet"—"stroke" tends to have a sexual connotation.
