The difference is simply one of emphasis.
Example
Q- "When do you read your horoscope?"
A- "I read my horoscope every day"
Q- "I don´t believe that you read it every single day!"
A- "I do read it every day - I promise you"
The speaker is strongly emphasizing that he does read it daily.

In “seek” there is the idea of something not material, intangible.
In “search” the idea is that you examine a place carefully in order to find something.
In “look for” the main idea is that you have lost something.
