A notice to all employees. If you suffer a work-related injury, you have the right to have all reasonable medical supplies and treatment applied to the injury. Necessary surgical, medical, hospital and rehabilitative services will be paid for in accordance with the Virginia Workers' Compensation laws. It is your responsibility to immediately report the injury to your supervisor and complete a Report of Employee Injury within 48 hours of the incident.
