Dear Sir:
I am very interested in your advertisement and eagerly hope that you could give me an opportunity to work.
I want to volunteer to do some work in the hospital for me, a sophomore majoring in clinical medicine, have much free time in the summer holidays now. Then, I hope to work in the hospital after my graduation so I can learn something about doctors and nurses. Besides, there is better working circumstance, such as the central air-conditioning and clean washrooms.
As I am highly skilled in some office software, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, I can help doctors organize some medical documents on computers and I could also accompany patients to take exams, chat with them and make use of my medical knowledge to guide them how to have a healthful diet and prevent diseases. Moreover, I may help the staff maintain the order in the out-patient department with guiding patients to make an appointment and register, and arrange them to check in line.
At present, I might do the volunteer work from Monday to Friday. I believe that I can complete the task very well, and I’m keen to meet with you for an interview.
