M) At your management's request, I have been called in to make a thorough review of your operating procedures.
I will be spending the next two weeks observing operations, taking notes on activities,
and interviewing various employees for the purpose of finding ways to cut costs and increase productivity.
I would like to ask everyone to please carry on as usual and not feel threatened by my presence as I will not recommend that anyone be fired.
I will simply evaluate your work and give my advice to both yourselves and your CEO on ways you could do a more efficient job.
If you have any questions or recommendations, please do not hesitate to voice them, as one thing I have learned in this job is that the voice of the employee often holds the best recommendations for higher productivity.
