「悪名」には「悪い評判」の意味もありますが、普通は「悪事を働いた者」の意味で、「あくみょう」と読みます。
「悪名高い」は「悪い評判、悪い噂」のことで、この場合は「あくめいたかい」と読みます。
「あくみょうたかい」との回答が多いようですが、ことを知らない人達です。
