Find 3 constructive tiny habits (for example. making your bed, drinking more water, doing push ups) and aim at doing the 3 of them for less than a minute each day.
Do 2 press ups instead of 20... and build on it slowly
Drink a glass of water a day... and build on it slowly
Decide that every day you wake up, you will make your bed immediately after.
These are just examples. It has helped me so much with my own life, because picking 3 small habits and implementing them with little effort everyday has enabled me to really have solid and constructive habits. I drink 2 litres of water every day now. I make my bed every day without failure, and as tiny as that may sound it is my greatest achievement of the day! And for 3 hours everyday I am working separately on my own projects without losing unnecessary focus.
