cottoned on is an organisation whose aim is to give control to small farmers and not to big corporate GM companies. Indeed, we intend to put the emphasis on small produceers of cotton because it is a way for us to insure their good living and working conditions. When GM companies are taking over power on the plantations, the farmers lose their liberty to grow their crop the way they want. We wish to give small farmers the financial and organisational means to work for themselves.
