Are you often tired during day time because of a lack of sleep ?
Have you got some difficulties to focus and be attentive in class ?
If so the Nap Club could be just the thing for you.
In this club you'll be able to chill out and have some rest.
Some scientists have proved that taking a short nap helps in :
– reducing irritability and stress by making your body more relaxed
– refreshing the mind and boosting creativity
– finding new ideas and solutions
– improving learning and memory skills
In recent years, pupils who used to have some very bad results at school have done very well.
They really got better.
So come and join us to live a new experience ! Just bring your pillow and your blanket. And don't
worry, someone is here to wake you up on time for the afternoon classes !
Sessions normally take place in the Gym, right after lunch, from 1pm to 1.45 pm.
The number of sessions will be doubled during exam periods.
Fee : £3.
