For number 27, since the present perfect tense is used, the time should be an unspecified time before now. Thus, I changed it to "I have been to Italy before." If you want to specify that you were in Italy last year, then "I went to Italy last year" would be appropriate. Hope this helps.

I just noticed that number 26 states that you were in Italy last year without the simple past tense. Just for clarification, saying "I was in Italy last year" is correct, but without any other clarification implies that you lived in Italy most of last year. If you only visited Italy for a shorter period of time, then "I went to Italy last year" or "I visited Italy last year" would communicate this better.
