It is a course that lasts (dura) two days and teaches us to deal with different types of personalities, how to communicate with them, how to earn (ganar) their respect and how to get (sacar) the best out of them.
These people are very difficult. It can be recognized because they have opinions about everyone, but do not accept opinions of others. These people never tell(dicen) you what they really think (piensan). They always tell others what to do. They are always very demanding and critical. They prefer to complain (quejar) than to seek (buscar) solutions.
