My favourite dish is pasta with tomato sauce. It's really easy to cook it.
You just've to boil the pasta in water for a certain time. Once you know how long you should boil it, there's nothing else to worry about. I like pasta because it's easy to cook and it's also filling.
You can add any sauce you prefer, and I usually add some home-made tomato sauce. Making this sauce is also easy. You have to boil the tomatoes first, just for one minute. Then it'll be easy to peel them. Once you've peeled them, you can blend them if you want a smooth sauce. If you like it spicy, you can also add some pepper to the sauce.
When you serve it with the pasta, don't forget to grate some cheese over it.
Hi vankrot, I'm very thankful for this recording, but I'm asking for other people to record it because the sound quality is not that good, and I want to use this with a student of mine who needs very good quality to concentrate and repeat.
