It should mean ( we will look at a practice room, and maybe rent it.)

Then you might want to say this way.
わたしたちは練習室を見てから（or見た後で）、借りようと思います。
練習の室mames it complecated.
It's a big difference between 練習の室 and 練習の室.

If you want to use "no", you can say"練習用の部屋".
