Linda: Hi. I’m Linda. I live in New York so I went to the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. That was amazing. There were a lot of giant balloons, floats and performers. And my cousin was a clown in the parade.
Daniel: Hiya, I’m Daniel. What did I do on Thanksgiving Day? Well, I watched football games on TV. It’s like a tradition in my family.
Betty: My name’s Betty. I visited my family who lives in California and we had a good time together. First we ate a traditional meal - you know - a huge turkey, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. And I made a pumpkin pie for dessert. And after the meal, some went for a walk and the others stayed at home and watched a movie.
