To begin with, I will discuss the reasons why I decided to start this project.
Next, I will tell you about the main subject of my project
Finally, I will present the content of the 3 lessons already planned.
Why? You know how important it is in this world to be able to communicate in English.
It is the most widely spoken language in the world and the language of reference in many
fields, marketing, commerce, new technologies, communication, etc.
It also provides access to the majority of web resources.
Let me move on to the next part. The project itself.
During my professional career and for my scientific and technical information needs; I have
observed, especially on the web, the ever increasing amount of quality resources available in
English. My unequivocal observation made me realize the importance of training students in
English and more particularly in technical English.
My project is centered on the Web and more particularly on the browser. Why ?
Because, at each session, it is the application they use in technology to access resources.
Keep in mind that to achieve my goal I set English as the default language for the Chrome
browser, one of the three browsers available on student computers.
The idea is to use the Chrome app every now and then. Then among the 3 topics prepared
on web browsers, I will select ideas or phrases that I will share with them during the activities
of the technology course.
