"I should like" implies that you don't like whatever comes next in your sentence, but you somehow feel obligated to like it anyway. For example, "I don't like running but I should like it anyway because it's good for you." The expression you are looking for is "I would like to..."
Also, "listen" must always be followed by the word "to" and then the thing you are listening to. So, you must say "I would like to listen to podcasts" BEFORE you can say when you would like to listen to that thing.
The exception to the "listen + to" rule: when "listen" is being used as a command. For example, "Hey! Listen!" or "Listen up!" (which is slang for "listen to me")
