This statement as written means I am student. I think what you want to say is I am a student. I've recorded exactly what you have written and how it would sound using the contraction I'm.
You would be better to write either I'm a student or I am a student (they both mean the same thing).
The added word "a" is called an article in English grammar and is used to provide information about the noun student.
