I understand that through your presentation you have aimed to prove
the absence of the LA appendage thrombus using a CT scan.
But if there is a thrombus in the proximal site of the LAA, the HU
ratio wouldn't be under 0.43. Do you have any cases like this?
And could you tell me more details about why some patients have a low
HU ratio and don't have a thrombus in the LA appendage?
