저는 오늘 느긋하게 보냈습니다. 여러분은 어떠셨어요?
오늘 내가 느지막히 일어나니 ,아들이 제게 백화점에 함께 가보지 않겠냐고 하더군요.
하하..아들이 오늘 여자친구와 데이트가 없는 걸 알지요. 아! 아닙니다, 저녁에 데이트가 있군요.
어쨓든, 우리는 함께 백화점에 가서 돌솥 비빔밥과 된장찌개로 점심을 먹고,
아들은 여자친구의 선물을 샀습니다.
그리고는 스타벅스에 가서 테이블에 앉자마자 아들은 선물포장을 시작했습니다. 물론 저도 도와 줬고요.
오늘 두 번째 그림이 바로 그 선물 사진입니다.
어때요? 비록 비싼것은 아니지만, 아들의 마음이 담뿍 담겨진 것이랍니다.
그리고 첫 번째 사진은 오늘 아들과 먹은 점심이고요.

와~ 정말 늦었네요.

으...그리고 대만 친구의 메시지 받았습니다. 어제 막 서울에 도착해서 스키를 타러 가고 싶다고 했습니다. 작년 겨울에 그는 한국에서 스키를 타러 갔었거든요. 그러나, 아마도 이번에는 그와 같이 가기 어려울 것 같습니다. 왜냐하면 화요일 북경으로 출발하기 때문이지요. 아쉽습니다.

哦~~还有，我收到一位台湾朋友的短信。他刚到首尔，还有他想去玩滑雪。去年他来韩国玩了滑雪。不过这次我恐怕不能陪着他去滑雪场。因为下星期二我得去北京，不在韩国。觉得很遗憾。

• Yes, it`s December! The last month of the year!
• Today I had a relaxing time.
• How was your day?

"How was your oneday" isn't said. If you want to be more specific about the day, you can say "How was this day for you?" Or "How was the day for you?"

• Today, when I woke up, my son asked me to go to a department store to window-shop together.

What you have written is fine, but consider saying "Today, when I woke up, my son asked me to go window-shopping with him at a department store." It sounds more natural.

• Haha, I know he doesn't have a date with his girlfriend today. Oh~ no! He has a date in the evening.

The sentence sounds more natural when "with his girlfriend" immediately follows "date".

• Anyway we went to a department store together, and we had dolsot bibimbap and doenjang jjigae for lunch at the food court.

I changed the spellings of the foods. Also, I took out the "a" before dolsot bibimbap. It's fine to leave in the "a", and it makes your speech sound more "upper-class", but if you want to leave in the "a", then for the sake of consistency it would be good to put an "a" before doenjang jjigae as well. Or, you could say "a dolsot bibimbap with deonjang jjigae". This again sounds very "upper-class".

• After we finished our lunch, he bought a small gift for his girlfriend.

When you say "After finishing our lunch, he bought a small gift for his girlfriend" there's some ambiguity about the subject in the first clause. It sounds like your son ate both your lunch and his lunch.

• Then, we went to Starbucks, and as soon as we sat at the table he began to wrap the present, and I helped.

I changed "that" to "the". Neither one is really right nor wrong, but in this situation, most native speakers will say "the".

• The second picture from today is that very present.

Good job using "that very". This phrase reminds me a little of "-거든" in Korean. You are using it correctly here, but it's typically reserved for situations where the writer thinks the information is unexpected, surprising, or unlikely.

• Even though it`s not an expensive gift, I know it`s from the heart.

I changed "his" to "the". The phrase "from the heart" is a commonly used idiom. Saying "it's from his heart" or "it's from Jane's heart" will be understood but it could sound literal enough to be distracting, depending on the situation. You could also say "I know it's heartfelt" and achieve the same effect.

• Oh, it`s really late. However it`s OK.

"However" is not wrong but it sounds out of place with "Oh", "really", and "OK". However is more formal, but to match these other, less formal terms, I would use "but".

• Because tomorrow is Sunday, I don`t need to get up early!
• Em,,,,oh, one more thing, I received a message from a Taiwanese friend today.
• He said that he arrived in Seoul, and that he would enjoy going skiing.

I changed "and he would like to enjoy skiing" to "and that he would enjoy going skiing". "he would like to enjoy skiing" is not wrong, but it sounds unnatural here. It sounds like what he said to you is that he doesn't enjoy skiing, but that he would like to enjoy it. In other words, he wants to find a way to enjoy it. However, based on the context, I know that he was probably inviting you to go skiing.

"I would like to enjoy ..." is sometimes used to make a proposition, e.g. "I would like to enjoy skiing with you" but it's not a very commonly used phrase. It has a very formal feel to it. Without a certain inflectory patern, it's likely to sound awkward, or even disingenuous. The inflectory pattern, in my opinion, should draw attention to the thing that is going to be enjoyed, so that it becomes apparent that there are many possible things which could be enjoyed, but that this one is the one currently being considered.

You could make this phrase somewhat less formal by contracting "I would" into "I'd" and adding "a little" or "some" like this: "I'd like to enjoy a little skiing with you." "I'd like to enjoy some skiing with you." "Let's enjoy some golf this afternoon." "Let's enjoy a little music while we sunbathe on the beach."

However even with it softened like this, there's a certain tone to this phrase that is likely to give the listener the impression that the speaker has a self-important attitude.

• He came to Korea last winter and went skiing.

Or: He went skiing in Korea last winter.

"He came to Korea and went skiing last winter" is fine grammatically, and is unlikely to be misunderstood, but because you list two events (coming to Korea and going skiing) but only one time (last winter), this sentence structure makes it just slightly ambiguous whether or not he came to Korea around the same time as he went skiing.

Moving "last winter" to follow "Korea" removes this minor ambiguity.

• However, I`m afraid I can`t go with him because I have to leave for Beijing this Tuesday. I feel sorry.
