All out:
It was all out war! Everyone was fighting and yelling.
She went all out with the decorations for the birthday party this year. It looked great!
If I learn this language, I'm going all out. I want vocabulary, grammar, study guides, a tutor, a dog that barks the phonetic alphabet, etc.
