"담배는 삼가해주시겠습니까?, 우시카와 씨?" 키 작은 남자가 말했다.
우시카와는 책상 너머 상대의 얼굴을 잠깐 바라보고는 자신의 손가락 사이에 끼워진 세븐스타로 눈길을 돌렸다. 담배에 불은 붙어 있지 않았다.
"죄송합니다만." 남자는 어디까지나 형식적으로 한마디 덧붙였다.
우시카와는, 내가 왜 이런 걸 손에 들고 있나 하는 당황스러운 표정을 지었다.
"아, 미안해요. 담배는 안 되지. 물론 불은 안 붙일 겁니다. 나도 모르게 손이 가버린다니까."
남자는 턱을 1센티미터쯤 끄덕였지만 시선은 털끝만큼도 흔들리지 않았다. 그 초점은 변함없이 우시카와의 눈에 고정되어 있었다. 우시카와는 담배를 다시 갑에 넣어 서랍 속으로 치워버렸다.

my Korean so it sounds a bit awkward.

By the way, some incorrect things are found...
in the second paragraph, not 자슨
but 자신
in the next paragraph, 우시카와는 담배를.. is correct.
