내 삶은 무엇하나 제대로 되어가는 것이 없고
내게는 세상에 보탬이 되는 능력도 하나 없고,
다른 사람에게 보람과 의미가 되어줄 수 있는
아름다운 면모도 없다는 생각이 드는 날,
늪에 가라 앉듯이 생각이 자꾸 저 밑바닥으로 끌어 내리는 날,
누가 말만 걸어도 눈물이 쏟아질 것 같은 날이 있어요.
그럴 때 기억해야 할 말이 있습니다.
" 마음이 저조한 날 떠오른 생각에 속지 말자. "
