¿Qué tiempo hace en La Paz, Bolivia? Hoy, la temperatura está a 54 grados. Hace fresco y está mayormente nublado. Hay una posibilidad de lluvia esta noche.

From north of Spain. I made a little correction in your text, I haven't heard of "la temperatura está a X grados", unless you're cooking or preparing a chemistry experiment :P
Maybe my accent is not the easiest one for beginners, but I hope it helps anyway.
