Hello everyone, it's {Gemma/Jack} and welcome back to my YouTube Channel!

Do you like a good afternoon tea? I LOVE IT!

Today I'm going to show you how to make some delicious British scones! Let's begin!

For this recipe, you will need : 225 grams of flour, a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of baking powder, 55 grams of butter, 25 grams of sugar, 150 milliliters of milk, 30 grams of sultanas and one egg.

Okay, so First, pre-heat your oven at 220 degree Celsius.

Mix the flour, the salt and the baking powder and then add the butter with your fingers.

Stir in the sugar, and then add the milk.

Mix together the flour and salt and rub in the butter.

Stir in the sugar and then the milk to get a soft dough.

Knead the dough just a little bit.

Cut out some little balls.

Put the balls on the baking sheet, in the oven, and bake them! Hmm.. I can't wait!
