Assuming that you were looking for both a German translation and a recording I recorded two versions: "Schön Sie zu sehen" implies that the persons involved have met before, while "Schön Sie kennenzulernen." explicitly refers to the fact that persons had not been acquainted before.

hello Willowjuel,
indeed there are dozens of versions, most of them more common than these short ones. Yet, they all include even more specific references to the situation e.g. "Schön Sie wiederzusehen." (even stronger reference to having met before), "Schön Sie | endlich / auch | einmal | zu sehen / kennenzulernen |." (meeting your employee's / colleague's / employer's wife / husband for the first time).
