Natural speed please.
Early this morning, I tried "ZAZEN" at the temple called HOFUKU-ZI. ZAZEN is part of traditional Japanese culture. It is similar to 'YOGA'. I heard from the chief priest that Michael Jordan also loves "ZAZEN". It increases people's concentration, so it is loved by a lot of athletes . Of course I like it too. I will continue doing it every day even if I go to NY.
