It is a dialogue: 2 voices needed, one boy (Nelson), one girl (Amelia)

Amelia: Hi Nelson. Can you help with one of my homework assignments?
Nelson: Sure, what is it?
Amelia: I’d like to ask you some questions about food in Ame- rica for a presentation I’m giving at school. Is that OK? Nelson: Yeah, go ahead! What do you want to know? Amelia: Well, I’d like to know more about American food ha- bits. For starters, what do you have for breakfast? And, what time do you have it?
Nelson: Let’s see... On school days I usually have cereal with milk and some strawberries for breakfast because it’s qui- ck. I have it quite early, usually... at half past seven. But on weekends, I sometimes have pancakes with eggs and bacon... Amelia: Nice. In the UK we usually have cereal with milk as well, and sometimes, on weekends mostly, we have a tradi- tional cooked breakfast of ham, sausages, eggs, baked beans and toast.
Nelson: Mmm yummy, yummy! I love eggs and sausages! Amelia: It’s great! But not very healthy...
Nelson: Yeah, but still delicious!
Amelia: Yeah, ha, ha, ha... OK, where was I, oh, yeah, what about your lunch?
Nelson: Well, at school I have lunch at eleven o’clock. And I often take lunch with me because there is no cafeteria, only vending machines. But, my dad makes fantastic packed lunches. My favourite is chicken wraps, with spinach and fresh avocado, of course!
Amelia: Wow. That sounds healthy!
Nelson: Hahaha, I guess, and my dad never forgets to put in some fruit, like a pear or some grapes. What about you? Amelia: We have lunch a little later than you, at twelve o’clo- ck. We have a canteen at school but I also prefer to bring a packed lunch from home, often a cheese and ham sandwich, crisps, and an apple.
Nelson: Crisps are chips, aren’t they?
Amelia: Yes, in England we call them crisps. I love the cheese and onion flavoured ones!!! What do you have as a snack? Nelson: Mmmm. I often have a snack in the afternoon at around half past three. When I arrive home I usually have a peanut butter sandwich. Do you like peanut butter?
Amelia: I do, but it isn’t so popular in the UK. So I hardly ever have it, but I sometimes have a bar of chocolate before the end of school. At around half past two.
Nelson: Chocolate is good too! Do you need more info? Amelia: Yeah, we’re almost done, but can you tell me about your dinner?
Nelson: Sure. I have dinner at around seven o’clock in the evening. My parents usually make something like pasta or burgers with lettuce, tomato and French fries. Sometimes we order take-out. My favourite is spicy Tex-Mex food, which is really popular in LA.
Amelia: Tasty! I also love spicy food! Sometimes we go out for dinner at a curry house. Curry is very popular in the UK. But at home my favourite meal is roast chicken with mashed potatoes and peas.
Nelson: Tasty! We should share videos with the specialities of our countries!
Amelia: Yeah, that would be fun! Well, thanks a lot for helping me with my presentation.
Nelson: No problem Amelia! Talk to you later. Amelia: Speak soon Nelson!
